Refund policy

Returns accepted for:

  • Damaged products during shipping

Returns NOT accepted for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Dislike of mystery scoop contents (since mystery items are disclosed as random selection)
  • Opened hygiene products (due to health and safety regulations)

Customer pays return shipping for eligible returns, and you can add a restocking fee of 10%

Due to the nature of our hygiene and personal care products, we cannot accept returns of opened items for health and safety reasons. Mystery Scoops are sold as-is with random product selection - the mystery nature is part of the product experience and not grounds for return. We stand behind our product quality and will replace or refund damaged items from shipping.
